Lakers & Wooten Community Service Team in Action

The Staples Center

The Lakers are in their now home and the Wooten Community Service Team is busy at almost every home game at the Staples Center. At the games around sixteen of the Wooten children provide support to the event. They handle in-arena giveaways and perform other services as required. The Lakers and the Staples Center love the Wooten Children because they:

  • Are skilled in interacting with adults.
  • Are able to take responsibility and carry out complex tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Are polite, friendly, and helpful.
  • Are great kids who have a wonderful leader in Clifford Sanchez.
