CHAVASE
FERRER CADE
November
I, 1975- July 3, 1994
On
November I, 1975, to me a star was born..Chavase Ferrer Cade. I can reflect
on the words of my Aunt that "life doesn't run smoothly." At the
time, going through the years of up's and down's, trials and tribulations, I
did not know why the Lord took you so fast. Stepping into your father's
shoes at the age of fifteen and being the man of the house...
taking
care of your sister and myself as best as any young person could have.
In
Life and Death, I have learned a great deal, especially how to take the time
to smell the roses... taking time out to enjoy what life has to offer. In
essence, I cannot bring out everything that is running through my mind in a
couple of paragraphs. But Son, here is a toast to you in Life and in Death
for being courageous, caring, outstand- ing and an all-around great guy.
I
Love You and we will meet again!

Mom, Linda Bradley

To
my loving nephew, in memory of you Chavase...
Your
are temporarily departed
from
us now, but we will all have the chance of being together as a family again
one day!
Your
memories are in our hearts always. ..Your pictures surround
us.
..as does your love and our love for you. We miss you so much.
There
are no words that can express how much, but we all will make that journey to
be with you one day. Then we can all reunite at our family reunion in he
sky!
Love
Never Dies!
Love,
Aunt Brender Magee

My
son Dante and Chavase were like brothers. When you saw one, you usually saw
the other. Chavase was at my house
everyday.
Many a day Chavase woke me up with a phone call at 6 in the morning so he
and my son could go and lift weights.
Dante
was with him in the end when his young life was cut down so senselessly
through violence... all the promises of young manhood were gone.
Chavase
is now gone, but my hope is that by working on this panel, my son will be
able to work out his feelings about Chavase's death, and that a memory of
him will last forever.
A Friend Forever, Vivian Handley
